I did the Belarc. Am looking for the key. Found word under software but where is key and where do I put it when I find it? When you first put your response out there, I did the rename without word open and then opened word but it still had 'funky' params; ie: calibri body , 11, normal spacing, etc.
And when I open word, the top 'recent' item is normal. So it is either not creating a new one, or the default isnow something 'funky'. So quit everything and then rename Normal. This site in other languages x.
