Instalar corel x3 vista

Todo por solucionar mi problemita Mi problema es que no abre corel draw la instalacion y ademas cuando le doy doble clic a la instalacion me abre una ventana del MS DOS y se cierra que hago0O?

Tengo el mismo problema que Vane, al querer acrtivar el programa me dice que no se encuentra un lenguaje, que verifique el acceso o la ruta.
